HOW IT WORKS
One event.
Three journeys
moving together.
A live event begins before the ticket and continues beyond the booking conversation. Here is how Talent, Venues and Fans fit into the same story.
IndeAccess is preparing for launch. These journeys illustrate the app experience; access depends on launch readiness, account approval and membership eligibility. This website currently offers founding applications and the general launch queue, not ticket sales or membership activation.
Hypothetical event journey · An illustration of the intended app experience, not a customer result or an announcement of live availability.
Define the opportunity.
The Venue sets out the date, event format, requirements and budget. Talent can evaluate the brief. Fans are not being sold a show merely because a draft opportunity exists.
Venue → Talent
Find the fit.
Talent explores the opportunity, or the Venue discovers Talent and starts an offer. Both sides review the relevant context before proceeding.
Talent ↔ Venue
Agree the booking.
They negotiate supported terms and complete the agreement, signatures and applicable booking requirements. Acceptance, contract execution and payment status are distinct milestones.
Talent ↔ Venue
Prepare and promote.
The Venue and Talent prepare the agreed event details and promotional assets. The Venue uses its own promotional channels; supported festival tools can help organize documents, checklists and announcement drafts.
Venue + Talent
Open the audience journey.
Once an event is eligible for ticket sales, Fans can discover it, review admission options and receive a final price before purchase. Eligibility and remaining inventory determine what can be bought.
Event → Fans
Bring the ticket to the door.
After confirmed purchase and ticket issuance, the Fan uses Wallet. Authorized Venue staff validate the current ticket and record entry. Talent completes its separate performance check-in requirements.
Fans ↔ Venue
A connected process.
People in control.
Talent decides which opportunities to pursue. The Venue controls its event responsibilities and supported inventory choices. Fans decide what to attend. IndeAccess provides the workflows; it does not guarantee a match, ticket, audience or financial outcome.
