Does applying activate membership?
No. Application receipt and approval are separate from authenticated membership activation. Activation is not enabled in this phase.
When do six months begin?
At authenticated activation, not application or approval. Approved, unactivated offers reserve capacity for 30 days, subject to founder-controlled extension.
Will I automatically be charged afterward?
No. Paid conversion requires explicit authorization.
How many founding allocations are available?
Venue Pro: 25. Venue Elite: up to 5, invitation-only. Talent Black: 25. Starter is permanently free without a founding limit. Fans have no founding discount.
What does Starter include?
4 new outgoing booking offers per calendar month; unlimited incoming inquiries; responses, counters and ongoing negotiations do not consume offers. The allowance resets on the first calendar day, with no rollover. Scanner check-ins are unlimited subject to authorization and ticket validation. Talent Radar placement is standard.
When is the app launching?
A public launch date has not been announced. Join the launch queue for updates.
Is Live Collection included at launch?
Live Collection is deferred from launch.
Can I apply without joining the general queue?
Yes. Founding applications and the general launch queue are separate. Marketing email permission on the application is optional.
How do I contact support?
Contact Support for questions about IndeAccess or your application. Include your application receipt reference when applicable.
Is IndeAccess just an artist directory?
The app is designed to connect discovery with structured opportunities, negotiation, agreements, ticketing and entry. Different roles participate at different steps of the same event.
Does an accepted offer mean every booking step is complete?
No. Agreement signatures, payment requirements and other booking conditions remain separate steps.
Does IndeAccess run promotional campaigns for me?
IndeAccess supports booking-specific promotional imagery and, for supported festival events, preparation tools and announcement drafts. No automated campaign service or guaranteed reach is established.
Does Pass make every ticket $20?
No. The $20 General Admission benefit applies to eligible admission at designated member events, with membership, benefit availability and inventory conditions. The final quote determines the applicable benefit.
Can I buy a ticket or activate a membership on this website?
No. The marketing website provides information, founding applications and a general launch queue. Ticket purchase and membership activation are separate app workflows.
